How better than to celebrate Northstowe Day with a community event that everybody can join in together? Whole families can enjoy the Northstowe Day Run, whether you’re pushing the pushchair, taking some tentative toddles, skipping, walking or sprinting and everyone who crosses (or maybe even crawls) across the finish line will receive a unique, eco-friendly seeded medal. For every entry, our medal supplier also works with a partner organisation to plant a tree somewhere in the world!
The event promises to be great fun. We have some fantastic locations here in Northstowe for a spacious, scenic and safe family run and we’ve kept costs to a minimum to make it as affordable as possible whilst still having that real event feel.
The Northstowe Day Run is supported by The Longstanton and Northstowe Limpers – Our local running club offers free sessions every week, year-round, run by a growing team of qualified volunteers. The ‘Limpers’ welcome runners of all abilities and often offer free beginners courses to encourage people to share their love of running outdoors.
