ENTRY INFORMATION AND REQUIREMENTS
HOW DO I ENTER?
All entries are managed via the Njuko online registration service. Please visit here to sign up and enter one of our races.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE TO ENTER?
The minimum age on the Event Date is:
17 years – Half Marathon
15 years – 10K
11 years – 5K
No minimum age – Family Mile
Children under 9 taking part in the Family Mile must be accompanied on the course by an adult who is also registered to participate.
Participants under 18 must be registered by their parent or legal guardian, who must accept the Event Terms and Conditions on their behalf.
CAN I TAKE PART USING A WHEELCHAIR??
Yes. Participants using non-racing wheelchairs are welcome to take part. Due to the nature of the Half Marathon course, we recommend contacting us before entering so that we can discuss the suitability of the course with you. For safety reasons, wheelchair participants may be asked to start at the rear of the relevant start wave or in another appropriate position.
If you require a supporting runner or another reasonable adjustment to take part, please contact us at info@northstowerunfest.co.uk. Where a supporting runner is required, we can provide them with a complimentary entry.
CAN I RUN WITH A DOG?
Dogs and other animals are not permitted to accompany participants on the course.
If you use an assistance dog and require support or a reasonable adjustment to participate, please contact us before entering so that we can discuss appropriate arrangements. Where appropriate, we can provide a complimentary entry for a supporting runner.
CAN I RUN WITH MY CHILD IN A BUGGY?
Yes, buggies are permitted in the Little Bundles Family Mile.
Buggies are not permitted in the Half Marathon, 10K or 5K. Bicycles, scooters, roller skates, skateboards, stilts and similar equipment are not permitted on the course during any competition.
PRE- RACE INFORMATION
CAN I TRANSFER MY PLACE TO SOMEONE ELSE?
Yes. You can transfer your entry to another person through our official transfer process until 5:00 pm two weeks before the Event Date.
The transfer is not complete until the replacement participant has completed the required registration, provided the necessary information and accepted the Event Terms and Conditions.
Please do not give or sell your race number directly to another runner. Race numbers may only be used by the participant to whom they are registered following completion of the official transfer process.
CAN I WITHDRAW AND GET A REFUND?
Entry fees are non-refundable if you are unable or choose not to take part.
We understand that plans can change, so you can transfer your entry to another person or change to another competition within the Event until 5:00 pm two weeks before the Event Date, subject to availability and eligibility requirements.
Entries cannot be deferred to a future Event or subsequent year.
Optional cancellation or entry protection may be available to purchase during registration. Please check the applicable terms, exclusions and claims process when deciding whether to purchase this protection.
CAN I CHANGE TO A DIFFERENT RACE?
Yes. You can change to another competition within the same Event until 5:00 pm two weeks before the Event Date, subject to availability and the applicable age and eligibility requirements.
If you change to a race with a higher entry fee, you will need to pay the difference. If you change to a race with a lower entry fee, the difference will not be refunded.
CAN I USE HEADPHONES WHILE RUNNING?
Only bone-conduction headphones are permitted. For safety reasons, you must remain aware of your surroundings and be able to hear safety instructions given by course marshals or emergency services.
HOW CAN I FIND THE EVENT VENUE?
The event venue is located at the Western Park Playing Fields, Kingfisher Cl, Northstowe, CB24 1BZ.

HOW DO I GET MY RACE PACK?
Race numbers will be available to pick up on the day of the race from our registration point.
WHERE DO I PARK?
Information about parking will be confirmed in the pre-race information provided to participants before the Event.
WHAT TIME DOES MY RACE START?
Current race start times are published on the Event website and will be confirmed in the pre-race information provided to participants before the Event.

DO YOU NEED VOLUNTEERS?
Yes, always!
If you don’t fancy taking part in the run but you would love to become a part of our event, then volunteering is a great way to do it!
